The program combines professional music teaching experience with elementary-school education experience to create an environment that is structured enough to support meaningful learning while remaining appropriate and enjoyable for young children.

With more than 15 years of international teaching experience, Leo brings extensive music education experience to the development of S&R. His background includes professional vocal training, training in Hollywood, and experience as a school teacher in Hong Kong.

Chloe brings experience as an kindergarden school teacher, giving the program an additional perspective on children's learning, classroom behaviour, communication, and development.
