Meet Director Leo
Leo Wong, affectionately called Mr. Oreo by his students, is a multiple award‑winning Canadian vocalist, Hollywood‑trained recording artist, and Director of MC Music Malaysia. With 15 years of international teaching experience and a proven record of student success, he brings world‑class vocal training to learners across Asia and beyond.
About Mr. Oreo
Leo’s vocal journey began in Vancouver under the guidance of Monica Siu, founder of Singing Connections and his very first voice teacher. It was Monica who introduced him to Seth Riggs — the legendary vocal coach behind countless Grammy‑winning artists — and guided him into Riggs’ Hollywood training program.
Leo also trained with John Henny, one of the most respected vocal coaches in the industry. Henny has over 25 years of experience, has taught Grammy winners, Broadway stars, and recording artists signed to major labels, and is renowned for making complex vocal science simple and accessible.
By combining Monica Siu’s early mentorship, Riggs’ Hollywood methodology, and Henny’s cutting‑edge New Science of Singing, Leo empowers students to discover their authentic voice, build confidence, and embrace their individuality.
